Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Beca’s Corporate Services Team provides a range of front‑line, coordination and facilities management services to ensure our business functions seamlessly and effectively. As ‘first impression ambassadors’, this team helps make every day better for our employees and our visitors, smoothing the path and providing the environment for our people to thrive – they literally keep the lights on! Representing our values of Partnership, Tenacity, Enjoyment and Care, our Events Coordinator works closely with Receptionists, Facilities Coordinators and Administrators across the business, playing a key role in the coordination of internal and external events, ensuring rooms, equipment, catering and unique requirements are in place and ‘fit for purpose’.
