Mega FM Site Lead - Operations, SPX Express (Calamba, Laguna)

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sorting Center’s inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations KPI / performance
• Initiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operations
• Work closely with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation
• Evaluate performance of sub leads and provide feedback and ramp up plan
• Collaborate with SPX Express Operations and Sorting Center Support teams in forecasting volume and maximizing SOC operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields
• Experienced in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party)
• Critical with KPI and performance monitoring
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
