About the role

The Mega Technician is a field-based technical and sales support professional responsible for the promotion of Mega Feeds and other Farmstation Agri-Vet products, customer development, and on-site technical assistance. This role combines technical expertise, sales execution, and customer relationship management to drive feed usage, increase market coverage, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Job Description

PRODUCT PROMOTION

• MEGA FEEDS - promote and provide technical support to users or customers.
• Sales - must be able to grow sales target of mega feeds.
• Customers - recruit new customers and be able to maintain the existing clients.

SALES MANAGEMENT

• Sales Target – Achieve sales target based on the base volume.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

• Stocks - all varieties of mega feeds are always available
• Price – always be updated on MEGA feeds price updates and its competitors...
