Location: HCLTech- Sholinganallur, (Address: Elcot SEZ, Medavakkam High Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu )

⏰ Time: 11AM - 3PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed investigations of alerts generated by Transaction Monitoring Systems (TMS)

• Analyze complex transaction data to identify suspicious activities and financial crime red flags

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, Country Addendums, and maintain high QA standards

• Meet daily/weekly SLAs with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Escalate technology/risk-related issues to management in a timely manner
