Responsible for overseeing both operational
and management tasks related to installation, after-sales services,
logistics, and team coordination for MEL in the assigned
regions.

Key
Responsibilities:

Operational
(Normal Job):

• Perform installation of
  products.
• Handle after-sales (AS) services,
  including in-house repair, product exchange, and paid
  services.
• Manage rental collection (RC) in
  Sandakan, Tawau, Sibu, and Bintulu.
• Coordinate
  product delivery.
• Conduct maintenance (RS)
  work.
• Process product
  returns.
• Execute repossession of products as
  necessary.
• Carry out site visits, collections,
  and manage repossessed
  products.

Management
Job:

• Assist EM (Executive Manager) in
  managing the regional team.
• Support the hiring
  process for MES staff.
• Manage job assignments
  and work allocation.
