Our friendly Member Advice Specialists are sales and customer service superstars who bring our “How can we help you?” brand to life with every member they interact with. They help members with basic personal credit needs, sell and handle Low Fee More for Me Mutual Funds, term deposits, RRSPs, set up electronic services like internet banking, open free chequing accounts, and add overdraft protection.

Member Advice Specialists also act as sales professionals, uncovering opportunities to better serve members and coordinating with teammates.
