We’re looking for a Member Advisor to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products, services, and omni channels to meet our members’ needs. The key responsibilities for this role include: 
Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!

Respond to members’ inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.

Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
