Key Responsibilities

Member Advisory and Support

• Demonstrate a sound understanding of employee benefits, including medical schemes, employee wellness programmes, and expatriation health benefits
• Conduct in-depth assessments of members' healthcare needs and provide appropriate advice
• Accurately record advice on the CRM system and provide members with a record of advice
• Ensure members understand their benefits, exclusions, and the administration processes of their appointed schemes
• Advise members exiting employment (retirement or resignation) on available healthcare options and refer them to authorised financial planners where applicable

Training and Engagement

• Conduct and arrange on-site member assistance sessions, inductions, and training workshops
• Participate in year-end benefit revisions and medical scheme roadshows
