Key Responsibilities

Member Advisory & Engagement

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of employee benefits, including medical schemes, wellness programmes, and expatriation health benefits
• Conduct detailed analyses of members' healthcare needs and provide appropriate advice
• Record all advice on the CRM system and provide members with records of advice
• Educate members on benefits, exclusions, and administrative processes
• Advise exiting employees on available healthcare options and refer them to authorised financial planners where required

Training & On-Site Support

• Conduct and arrange on-site member assistance sessions, inductions, and training
• Facilitate year-end benefit revisions and medical scheme roadshows
• Compile and distribute meeting notes following engagements

Administration & Query Management
