Member Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:

As our new Member Experience Coordinator you will have a dual role, assisting the Member Experience Manager in community programming, as well as assisting in retail and amenities offerings, and onsite event execution. Responsibilities you can expect are below and may not be all encompassing.


Responsibilities:
+ ​ Assist in tracking and reporting program numbers and trends, both current and past; make recommendations for outreach and other activities based on trends
+ Connect with vendors/partners for event needs (products, clothing, Food & Beverage, sponsorship).
+ Sourcing products based on event needs
+ Implement retail items into initiatives and events
+ Evaluate retention efforts for effectiveness and minimize cancellations
+ Develop and implement quarterly goals, and objectives that include monthly and weekly action plans
