The Member Service Representative provides customer service in the form of processing member requests for routine over-the-counter services and directs members to appropriate positions in the branch to receive other services provided by Vision Credit Union Ltd. Exceptional quality, positive and friendly experiences to all members and consistent accuracy.

Compensation

• Salary range $21.00 to $26.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Accurately process member transactions such as: Deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, utility payments, official orders, calculation of foreign exchange and domestic exchange, cheque cashing, stop payments, hold funds, and night deposits.
• Identify situations where members could benefit from using other services by cross-selling and referring them to the appropriate position in the branch.
