Membership Analyst

Position Overview:
The Membership Analyst position provides support to the organization for all initiatives related to administering and maintaining records related to Membership Administration
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer membership information in alignment with contract terms and established guidelines.
Review contract requirements to verify customer eligibility and make necessary updates in internal systems to ensure accurate contract pricing.
Conduct membership roster audits and compare results against internal records to support data accuracy and compliance.
Support the resolution of membership discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Follow contract membership policies and escalate instances of non‑compliance to management as needed.
Calculate write‑down impacts related to customer commitments and route for internal approval when required.
