The Full Time Membership Director plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of
KidStrong Centers.  This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and
targets related to member growth, retention, and community engagement.

In this critical position, the Membership Director will demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the KidStrong
brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The Membership Director must have
a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and
follow up.
