Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon to Fri

Salary: up to $4,000

Programs & Member Experience

• Support development of personalised programs to enhance member experience
• Assist in planning and managing a curated calendar of lifestyle, dining, wellness, and member events
• Track member interests and industry trends to propose new program ideas
• Support community engagement initiatives to encourage member participation

Event Planning & Operations

• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue setup, F&B, and guest flow
• Liaise with external vendors on quotations, bookings, and deliverables
• Support event communications, promotions, and member registrations
• Track attendance, manage budgets, and compile post-event feedback
