Memory Architect

This is a superb opportunity for a Memory Architect to join one of Europe’s hottest processor start-ups.

Based in Barcelona, our client is looking for a Memory Architect to join their System Architecture group. This team designs and develops high-performance, low power SoC AI accelerators. The successful Memory Architect will contribute to RISC-V microarchitecture development and logic design of custom memory controller IP. Working closely with the System Architects, design implementation and verification teams, the Memory Architect will drive the design of various sub-blocks of memory controller and cache mechanisms for high-performance digital designs.

The Memory Architect will have:

A deep understanding of memory controller and DDR4/5 memory technology

Solid memory system design experience

An excellent understanding of the SoC design flow, with practical experience with Verilog / SystemVerilog
