Men & Boys Program Facilitator

Location: Camrose, AB and surrounding rural communities

Position Type: Contract | $40/hour | Once weekly, for the duration of the Caring Dads program (approximately 14 weeks)

About The Role

Changing Ways: Real Strength, Real Change initiative is seeking a Caring Dads Program Facilitator to co‑lead group programming for fathers who have struggled in their parenting. The Caring Dads program helps fathers recognize the impact of their behavior, develop empathy, and build safe, nurturing relationships with their children. Facilitators will deliver weekly group sessions following the Caring Dads curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Caring Dads facilitator training (provided).
