The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice as a
Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager
to join our Karachi office, supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market.
The role has a Transaction Tax Advisory (M&A) focus. In addition to helping clients understand and address the tax implications of the transactions that are strategically important to them such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructurings or initial public offerings. You will advise clients on the regional and international tax implications of their transactions and operations in line with the relevant tax codes and jurisdictions.
