Job Description

Lead the design and development of seasonal menswear collections in line with brand DNA and business strategy

Conduct market and trend research; develop mood boards, color palettes, and fabric stories

Manage the design process from initial concept to final sample approval

Prepare full collections (30-50 styles), including complete outfits and category balance

Create detailed CAD designs and technical packs

Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery

Communicate directly with suppliers regarding samples, fittings, quality, and cost negotiations

Follow up on fittings and revisions to achieve optimal fit and quality

Support styling and photo shoots when required to ensure design integrity

Mentor, guide, and support junior designers within the team
