Mental Health Case Manager (Bilingual) Remote

Support mental health initiatives as a Bilingual Case Manager in a hybrid setting with Teladoc Health. Work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance member care and satisfaction.
This position is integral in helping members navigate their mental health challenges through effective communication and counseling. You will lead intake assessments, facilitate treatment plans, and maintain compliance with privacy regulations. Your role will contribute to positive patient experiences and outcomes while leveraging your skills in case management and mental health support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments via voice and video
• Manage member participation in the Mental Health program
• Coordinate with clinical staff for treatment alignment
• Facilitate procurement of member medical records
