Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in the Hospital. The Mental Health Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute and chronic mental health conditions in an inpatient hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized mental health care plans
• Monitor patient behavior, mental status, and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams
