Top Legal 500 law firm with over 5 offices across London are currently seeking a Mental Health Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their team.
The firm seeks a confident professional, one who can seamlessly integrate into a bustling environment and uphold the high standards synonymous with the practice.
Experience for this Mental Health Solicitor role:
Minimum of 3 years solid experience in Mental Health and have attained their Mental Health Scheme Accreditation
Strong advocacy experience
Representing clients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983
Representing clients in managers’ hearings and renewal meetings in Primary Care Trusts
Undertaking own advocacy at Tribunals and County Courts
Making applications in respect of relative displacement
Advising clients on consent issues
Bringing Judicial Review proceedings
Analysing and evaluating psychiatric reports and social circumstances reports
