The retention, professional development, and overall well-being of our Brivity Virtual Assistants are some of the most significant drivers of success at Brivity VA. Improved day to day performance, access to relevant and on time training, more supportive work environments, and greater access to resources that further VA professional development and wellbeing are essential at Brivity VA. The Brivity VA Mentor will partner with our success and leadership teams to develop and deliver on these needs to our valued virtual partners. Success in this role will be tied directly to the success our VAs have with their clients and growth toward their desired goals.
A successful Brivity VA Mentor will:
- Partner with our Success and Training teams to guarantee VA success with their client during their first 90 days
