Join our dedicated team to support parents and carers with young children. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Mentor to help us make a lasting impact.

Our Parent Pathways contract assists parents with young children to identify their goals and facilitate activities that help them achieve success in their personal and professional lives.

This role provides practical support, problem-solving and guides/coaches a caseload to enable participants to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Work between Sureway Phillip and Young office.

Duties

•         Mentor and support parents in individual sessions
•          Run events locally to attract participants
•          Assess participants needs and identify activities to support goals
•          Lead group sessions in the community
•          Connect participants with community resources and support networks to overcome   challenges
