Role Description
Oversee and manage the Patanisha Africa Mentorship & Training Programme
Ensure a specific number of participants are enrolled and trained within set timelines
Facilitate mentorship and training sessions (soft skills, personal development, career readiness)
Track attendance, progress, and completion rates
Prepare simple programme and impact reports
Work closely with the Patanisha leadership team and partners
