MEP BIM Coordinator (Revit, Mechanical Engineer)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Team Leader to lead a small team of BIM Modelers in delivering high-quality digital representations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for international building projects . This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines, maintaining BIM standards, and driving innovation in model-based design and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit MEP , Navisworks , and BIM360 , and a strong understanding of both local and international codes and standards. You’ll be responsible for overseeing model development, clash detection, documentation, and BIM strategy implementation across multiple projects.
