MEP BIM ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate BIM models for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC plumbing firefighting and electrical using Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD in accordance with project design inputs and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical electrical structural and architectural teams to ensure integrated coordinated and clash‑free multidisciplinary models.
• Produce high-quality design drawings shop drawings sections and schedules directly from BIM models in compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and internal BIM standards and workflows across projects.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and assist in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
