MEP Construction Manager – Data Centre

WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager- (Data Centre) to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in the Riyadh region.

This is a site-based supervision role, focused on overseeing construction delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination of all MEP systems from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.This is a full-time site-based role, with the project located approximately 80 km from Riyadh. Regular on-site presence is required.

**Construction Management & Supervision**

+ Lead day-to-day site supervision of MEP works across all project phases
+ Monitor contractor performance, progress, and adherence to project specifications
+ Ensure construction activities are executed in line with approved drawings and standards
