The project:
A residential and mixed-use development, consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings.
You’ll be responsible for:
Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses, and support formal contract execution.
Advise on contract administration and interpretation of contract terms.
Measure works, prepare valuations, and agree variations in line with contract requirements.
Provide cost control, monitoring, and reporting throughout the contract period.
Prepare regular financial reports aligned with client requirements.
