Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise mechanical, plumbing, and sprinkler system drawings using AutoCAD.
• Draft clean plumbing systems, mechanical layouts, and coordinated MEP plans.
• Develop detailed LGAC (Local Law/General Construction/Air Conditioning) plans.
• Perform load calculations and incorporate them into mechanical and HVAC layouts.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built plans, and construction documents.

Coordination & Technical Work

• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, and other trades (HVAC, electrical, fire protection).
