MEP Estimator III - Process Piping

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a MEP Estimator III - Process Piping that will be responsible for leading estimating efforts of gathering, calculating, and compiling data to produce project estimates for multiple projects, as well as providing support for large projects.

This is a hybrid position and must be based in one of these regional office locations: Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, or Seattle

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize, plan, and schedule estimate preparation, facilitating necessary meetings and assigning work
• Ensure complete and reliable estimates incorporating all relevant information, adjusting assignments as needed
• Determine trade partner strategy, prepare invitations to bid, and obtain relevant documents including BIM
