MEP Estimator – US Market

Location: Lahore Onsite – Full-Time | 3 pm - 12 am

We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimator with strong experience in the US construction market. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, along with the ability to lead a team and provide training to junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for MEP scope
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using estimating software
• Prepare and review accurate cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and other teams to clarify scope and pricing details
• Ensure estimates are completed within tight turnaround times
• Lead, guide, and train junior estimators to build team capability
