MEP Estimator – U.S. Market

AESOM is looking for a driven and detail-oriented MEP Estimator to support its growing portfolio of U.S.-based construction projects. This position is ideal for professionals with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation, and a working knowledge of U.S. construction practices and codes.

Candidates must be proficient in quantity takeoffs and industry tools such as Bluebeam, or PlanSwift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for MEP scopes (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
• Use tools like Bluebeam or PlanSwift to extract quantities and scope items
• Assist in preparing bid packages and support pricing for GC and subcontractor submissions
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP-related items
