MEP Planning Engineer

The MEP Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure timely project execution in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
Monitor progress of MEP works and update schedules on a regular basis.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors for planning inputs.
Identify delays, analyze impacts, and propose mitigation measures.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Support project team in resource planning, sequencing, and work methodology.
Assist in preparation of EOT claims, delay analysis, and progress presentations.
Ensure planning aligns with overall project milestones and contractual requirements.
