MEP Project Engineer

We are strengthening our in-house project team for the renovation and expansion of operating hotels . This role is for a hands-on MEP Project Manager who takes end-to-end ownership , not a coordinator working through consultants.

The MEP Project Manager will be fully accountable for design coordination, execution, testing, and statutory compliance of all MEP systems across phased hotel renovation projects.

• Review, coordinate, and approve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & ELV drawings
