MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: MEP Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of MEP works, quantity take-offs, billing, and cost estimation. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
Prepare and verify running bills, final bills, and payment applications.
Measure and evaluate executed work at site.
Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Assist in cost control, variation claims, and project documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding billing and quantity-related matters.
Maintain records of quantities, invoices, and project costs.
