MEP Site Lead – Coordination, Quality & BIM

To ensure site carry out according to daily site coordination. To conduct internal quality pre-inspection check with subcon. Inventory check on daily basis. Planning and manage site storage. To manage and liaise with workers. Control and minimize wastages. Receiving materials from suppliers. To keep site records (daily journal, concrete cubes, DO, etc. whichever applicable). To carry out any other works as instructed Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment. Ability to identify and resolve any site issues faced at the work site. Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality. Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management. Job Requirements: Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service. Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage. ...
