MEP Supervisor (Mixed Developement)

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the project. This role focuses on reviewing and verifying shop drawings, coordinating effectively with project stakeholders, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure that installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The position requires a professional with proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to drive seamless integration of MEP works into the overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review design & work permit (methods, Shop drawing, etc.)
2. Site inspection
3. Project control / Monitor Progress and Quality
4. Stakeholder management for MEP related works
5. Ensure Compliance with Codes and Standards
6. Report and Document Findings
