MEP Technical Lead

Role description

The MEP Technical Discipline Lead will provide technical oversight and design assurance for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems during the construction phase of the RSSOM contract for the Ontario Line. Working as part of the Design Consultant’s Construction Phase Services (CPS) team, the role supports the contractor, project owner, and key stakeholders by ensuring that installed MEP systems align with the approved design intent, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards. The MEP Technical Lead will review contractor submissions, provide technical interpretation of design documentation, and support the resolution of engineering issues encountered during construction.
