MEP Technician

We are looking for a versatile and skilled Multi‑Technician MEP to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure the highest standards of building functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution boards, motors, and control panels.
• HVAC: Perform routine servicing and repairs on AC units, split, window, FCU, AHU, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Plumbing Works: Handle installation and repair of water pumps, piping, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend the lifespan of building assets.
