MEPF Manager

Job Scope:

• Responsible managing all aspects of maintenance staff on a daily basis.

• Directs, coordinates and performs routine implementation of Preventive and Corrective maintenance to obtain optimum efficiency and economy throughout all HOTEL and Casino (including office areas).

• Manages and controls all MEPF sections such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, BMS, FDAS and PCO Sections and contracted Third party companies directly responsible for the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all UP stream equipment (i.e. Generator, DDRUPS, AHU, PAHU, UPS, MAU, Fresh Air, Exhaust Fans, FDAS, Main pumps, Water Filtration, Chiller Plant, Cooling Tower, Hot and Cold water System, Mechanical Ventilations, LVSG, MVSG, Transformer, BMS System, Jet Fans, Fire pro, Main pump sewage Pit, Grease Pit, Elevator, Escalator, Solar System) and Other MEPF Related System & Equipment.
