Tracking of the progress in line with the Project baseline, reporting variances and mitigation measures.

Close coordination with Project team, Strong follow-up with vendors & relevant stakeholders/package vendors for their scope of work completion.

Resource utilization rates and productivity analysis.

Allocate resources and manpower according to the schedule to optimize productivity and efficiency
