MEPFS Engineer

Key Responsibilities;

• Design mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems in line with building codes and client requirements.
• Develop detailed blueprints and schematics for the integration of these systems within the structure.
• Calculate load requirements for electrical systems and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) capacities based on building size and usage.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to integrate MEPFS systems seamlessly into the overall building design.
• Work with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper installation and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
