MEPFS Engineer

The MEPFS Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all MEPFS works across Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation's real estate and construction projects. The role ensures that all MEPFS components are designed, installed, and maintained according to local building codes, project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The engineer plays a vital role in ensuring quality control, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other engineers for the integration of MEPFS systems into architectural and structural designs.
• Review and approve shop drawings, plans, and technical specifications related to MEPFS disciplines.
