MEPFS Engineer

Job Summary

The MEPFS Engineer (Trade) is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems within the hotel property. This role ensures that all MEPFS systems are functioning efficiently, compliant with hotel standards and local codes, and supportive of seamless hotel operations and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all hotel MEPFS systems (HVAC, power supply, water systems, fire alarm, sprinklers, sanitary lines, etc.).
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during hotel construction, renovation, and upgrade projects.
• Review and approve MEPFS plans, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure alignment with hotel operational requirements and safety standards.
