MEPFS Engineer

The MEPFS Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and compliance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, and Security Systems through effective Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes. The role focuses on system testing, inspection, and verification in accordance with approved standards, drawings, and project requirements. The MEPFS Engineer also assumes the duties of the On-site Project Engineer during their absence to ensure continuity of project operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): QA/QC Compliance

100% completion of required QCQT inspections and testing activities.

Zero critical non-conformance related to MEPFS systems at project handover.

1. Testing and Commissioning Performance

On-time completion of MEPFS testing and commissioning activities as per project schedule.

≥95% first-pass testing acceptance rate for MEPFS systems.
