MEPFS Engineer

The MEPFS Engineer is the overall in-charge of tasks below:

PLANNING / PRE - CONSTRUCTION

• Checks availability of related materials or equipment needed for the activity for the day
• Gives advises on any impact on services caused by architectural and structural changes and raise query to Construction team and Management.
• Ensures that agreed services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure.

COORDINATION

• Provides technical advice to construction team.
• Implements and manages the MEPF coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations.
• Provides scheduling input to the project team as it relates to the MEPF trades.
• Attends weekly meetings with Owners, Management and Contractors.
• Coordinates all the completed activities of MEPF contractors to commence for the next activity.
