Abelcon Builders Corporation is looking for responsible MEPFS ENGINEER for the design, coordination, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEPFS) systems in a building or infrastructure projects of Abelcon Builders Corporation doing this efficiently and effectively to achieve the company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning

• Prepare, review, and update MEPFS design drawings, layouts, and shop drawings.
• Conduct load calculations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Participate in developing Value Engineering (VE) options for cost-saving proposals.

2. Coordination

• Coordinate MEPFS plans with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Attend coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
