MEPFS Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Site MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection System) Engineer to oversee and manage all MEPFS-related site works. The role includes planning, design coordination, scheduling, supervision, and quality control of MEPFS installations to ensure compliance with standards and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of MEPFS design principles, codes, and standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or BIM software
• Experienced in HVAC, electrical load calculations, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and estimate MEPFS layouts for temporary facilities and assist with LGU permit requirements
• Prepare MEPF work schedules and milestone tracking
