MEPFS Estimator

The MEPFS Estimator is the overall in-charge of tasks below:

1. Reviewing Project Documents

2. Developing detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project expenses.

3. Preparing Proposals
4. Working closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimates and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Keeping track of historical cost data for MPF systems to improve the accuracy of future estimates.
6. Identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining the quality and functionality of MPF systems.
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and changes in building codes and regulations.
8. In some cases, MPF estimators may supervise junior estimators or assistants.
9. Transitioning project information from the estimating team to the operations team.
