Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in MEPFS project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale MEPFS projects.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project.
- Supervise, develop and mentor staff
- Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEPFS trades
